Very clean, comfortable and easy in/out condo close to everything Sunday River has to offer!

Beautiful clean place, with lots of space. Hot tub was amazing with powerful jets, especially after a day of hiking. Fully loaded kitchen. Lots of games and puzzles even a wii. Pool table was in great condition. Overall an excellent air bnb would go back again.

We had a great stay at the lodge. It was very clean and newly furnished. Had everything we could possibly need. Near by to food and Sunday River. The amenities were great also.

Our stay was very nice, even on the rainy days. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Our apartment was clean and convenient. It was as advertised , no surprises. The price charged was fair.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the town of Bethel! We highly recommend renting this property! We can't wait to return.

The house was as advertised in all respects. It was extraordinarily clean, and instructions regarding the use/rules were clearly displayed. Communication with MSL was easy (via text) and I received responses in a timely manner. Nothing but good things to say about MSL Co. The welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch.

Our stay was very pleasant. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We received a welcoming gift that was a very pleasant surprise. We appreciated all of the initial supplies being provided. They truly thought of everything. Actually the only thing not provided that would have been nice considering the area is bug spray! We loved the home and would absolutely stay here again when in the area. Thank you!

This was a last minute rental for us and we requested early check in. Staff was very communicative and the process was very easy.

I didn't talk with anyone, but dealing through the website made our experience seamless. I will definitely use this site again to book a stay next time we come up. It was so easy. the emails sent explained everything we needed to know and the signs in the condo helped too!

It was very quiet. It was convenient to restaurants and stores in the area. I would highly recommend Riverbend condos. Looking forward to returning in the future!
