Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a wood buring fireplace to warm up by after a day on the slopes. Take in the views in the comfortable outdoor hot tub or relax and unwind in the large upstairs primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. The lower level offers additional sleeping space as well as a pool table, second living area, and large mud room to store all your adventure gear. We came back to the mountains where we got married for our yearly family vacation. There truly isnt an off season in Bethel when it comes to the views of Sunday River and beyond. The hot tub was a huge hit with our entire crew and being able to look at the mountains while sitting by the mountains, 10/10. The furniture is extremely comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds and the neighbors are close but you feel like youre in your own private oasis. The pool table is a huge bonus and acts as an at home date night for parents looking for some romance while on vacation with the kiddos. The restaurants, dispensaries and breweries around never disappoint and this has been one of our favorite houses, if not our favorite to date! We will absolutely be back!!

The Spruce Cliffs house was amazing. Beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy the time you spend with your group. The kitchen and dining room were inviting to hanging out, cooking and eating all together. The living room was great to enjoy some time watching some videos and sharing good times. Having a pool table with a TV in the same room was great for additional entertainment. The hot tub was awesome to relax in after a full day of skiing. Location is great, short drive to Sunday River and the town of Bethel, while being secluded at the same time.

The house was amazing, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was clean and just perfect with the view of Sunday River and surrounding mountains after a long day of skiing, the first floor was perfect for the kids to play pool and video games. Excellent proximity, to Sunday River and downtown but quiet and tranquil. Home is just gorgeous all around. We had two families, and did wish there was one more bedroom with only one queen bed for the other set of parents but otherwise the house was perfect and we'd love to go back.

Had a fantastic time during a long weekend stay with our young/extended family. The home is as-described, the space layout was excellent for the younglings to hang out downstairs, while the adults enjoyed drinks by the fireplace. The open space layout combined with multiple large windows allowed for plenty of natural light to light up the home and sipping coffee in the AM while looking out towards the mountains was the cherry on top.

The house was clean and beds were immaculate. Bring bug spray if youre planning on doing outdoor summer activities and if youre staying for more than a couple days remember extra toilet paper and paper towels, besides that the house has everything you need!
