Stayed the week to snowboard at Sunday River. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with whatever you may need to make a nice meal after a day on the slopes. Within a few minutes drive to several lodges, our favorite was Barker mountain. Communication with host was a breeze. This place checked every box would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay for skiing at Sunday River.

Super cozy spot with all the amenities could need for a perfect ski stay

Perfect location for skiing at sunday river! And dog friendly! The two of us and our pup had the best getaway at this cozy, modern ski home. We absolutely loved the big open living area and spent a lot of time hanging by the fire, reading, playing games, and watching movies after a couple awesome days of skiing. The house was private despite being right on the main road, not many neighbors. The driveway and yard were steep and icy this time of year, but with 4WD was not a problem.

preparation and check in and out were great. Great balance of helping and also feeling like a guest. Taking the trash out makes total sense, it was nice not to have to strip the beds.

Matt was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The house was "pre heated" which was so nice on such a cold day.

Couldnt have been better. Ski in ski out is so easy, the condos are big and beautiful and the pool hot tub is so nice after a day of skiing.

We've stayed at 4 different units at sunrise and c131 has been the best so far. Unit was in great shape and had everything we needed.

Our 2 daughters went also , we had A16,B19,C15, we should have all stayed on one floor, A floor due to my husband's heart condition at times.Clean building, met some owners in common room.

They were very quick to respond and very helpful.

Is a beautiful property and very well maintained. Plenty of room for those large families and the close location to Sunday River made it extremely easy to get to the resort. Only about five to eight minutes depending on how one drives. A washer and dryer comes in handy for wet ski gear and the propane stove in the living room is a great feature. We loved it and would stay here again in an instant.

I've been coming back for many years and for the price, accessibility, in my cast ski in/ski out accessibility cant be beat.

All the years weve come and stayed at either cascades or sunrise have been a very good experience. Location is top notch and check in and out is an easy process. Our family have always enjoyed coming and staying at these properties.

Conveniently close to the mountain and clean. Would rent again

Enjoyed Super Bowl weekend with family and friends who rented other units in the facility. Condo was extremely comfortable and very well furnished. Pool and hot tub facilities with common area/ ping-pong table were a hit. We had a wonderful long weekend!
