We had a great stay! The location was convenient to the mountain and the layout of the house was great for two families with children. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was so cozy! Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 7 fit perfectly in the house. Very close to the mountain. Accomodations were perfect for us.

Maine Ski Lodging is a very hospitable host with very beautiful cabin properties near Sunday River. Everything was so smooth and relaxing with our stay and would definitely recommend them to anyone/ return next time!

We had an awesome stay at Cascades C-05. The location of the condo is was perfect for ski-in/ski-out. Located skiable walkable to South Ridge Lodge was great for February break as we were able to quickly get to most things the resort has planned. One of our favorites was the fireworks which we were able to watch right from the condos deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Th beds were comfy and there are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. The only downside was the ski locker. We are a family of 6 and have 2 snowboarders and it was hard to fit all our gear inside but we did make it work. Also note that the only way to the condo is up lots of flights of stairs so unloading and reloading was a chore. That aside we would love to stay here again. The location definitely wins out in the end! Sunday River is a ton of fun and we cant wait to visit again. Thank you for having us!

They communicated well. Thet communicated in advance. All details were spelled out clearly. The reason for the perfect score was how they handled a situation with a clogged toilet and had a new plunnger driven over to me right outside my door in under 30 minutes. Kudos to Rachael!

We had a great time at the Opera House. Its a cute space for family of 4, with separate bedroom and two beds in the loft. (Loft ceiling is low but kids loved it- like a nest but plenty of space). Walkable to awesome Maine Mineral and Gem Museum, Gemini Bakery and restaurants and only 10 mins from Sunday River. Kitchen is well equipped. The property management is great super responsive and communicative, easy check-in and check-out and local tips.

As advertised

The outside is deceiving. The house is spread out, great for multiple family units to have space and conversations. Good kitchen to make meals. Fun space!! Add to this its very close to downtown and groceries, coffee and options to eat. 15 minutes to Sunday river -easy drive.

The condo itself is very comfortable, clean and as advertised. Very convenient to town and Sunday River. It was very easy and well appointed. I would note that there is a row of condos under construction just behind these condos so there isnt much of a neighborhood feel and no outdoor space to speak of.

We had a great stay. Easy ski in and out.

Stay at this house!! Clean, warm, all necessities available, spacious, great showers (pressure and available hot water, no sulfur smell of water), great equipment storage! We had two families of four for a ski weekend.

Private but close to Bethel and all its amenities.

Great house - looked just like the photos. The hot hub was clean and great after a long day of skiing. Very responsive host. No complaints! The location is perfect too. Will be back

Great home near Sunday River! We had 8 of us and it was the perfect size. Easy check in / check out with great instructions. We will be back! Thanks for having us :)

We really enjoyed our stay. House was cozy, clean, comfortable. Only thing we missed was body wash/soap for bathing. Location is12-15 minutes from Sunday River and found that parking was easy to leave vehicle to ski. Hot tub was nicer than expected and a treat after a day on the slopes. The house is about 10 minutes to the town of Bethel.
