The place was beautiful and clean. Only about 5 minutes to the resort and convenient to downtown Bethel. It was in a very quiet location at the end of the street. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Two families of five adults each really enjoyed our time here over the New Years holiday! Great mudroom for all the ski equipment. Lots of space for everybody to play cards watch football games and play pool! We made multiple meals there and having extra spices and oils was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The Lodge was ideal for our reunion group, who in most years go to a place in Canada in the bush for fishing and renewall. Comfortable, easily acessable to the Sunday River area- we variously fished, canoed, golfed, hiked and perused local museams and sites, cuminating in a great dinner at Brians- also highly recommended

Great house for a group stay! Bedrooms were large and had plenty of space for a group. The backyard and hot tub were awesome bonuses that made for a fun and relaxing weekend and the location was close to the golf course and plenty of swimming holes and riving tubing for a great summer weekend.

Highly recommended spot! Our group of 10 stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic time. The house looks as advertised and we made great use of the back yard, hot tub and pool table. If youre a fan of biking, Mt Abrams bike park is 10-15 minutes away and with a brewery at the bottom you can make a day of it!
