Communication was awesome in the check-in and checkout process was perfect

The TV set up is probably the best weve ever seen and vacation rentals and the heat and the floor was amazing and it is a very awesome private and quiet location

Stayed here with a group of friends. Very close to Sunday River, loved the hot tub and heated floors! Really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous house about a 7 minute drive to parking at Sunday River, with beautiful views of the slopes. Excellent communication from the property managers. Wed look forward to staying here again!

Great house in the perfect location. 5 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. You actually have a view of some of the slopes from the living room which is cool. Hot tub was amazing. Everyone on our group had a great time!

The amazing place, to close of great mountains, the host have a perfect communication, I hope come back in the next season.

This house was perfect for out Thanksgiving getaway. The location is great and the views are really nice. The house is clean and well stocked. Please be aware that the 3rd bedroom downstairs does not have a door for privacy. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this rental.

People were very organized and responsive. When we had questions we received answers right away.

Sunday River cabin was a lovely please to stay. Our stay was fantastic! The place was beautifull and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate our group.

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub, and also loved being able to eat meals on the picnic tables on the big deck. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies we needed to cook. The bedroom in the basement (full size bed) did not have a door that closes.

Great spot! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and plenty of space. We had some trouble getting the hot tub to level the chemicals ourselves so we texted the number of the hot tub company provided and they responded very quickly and came by to help us out within just two hours. Very pleased with our stay!

Beautiful place! Lots of room, very clean.. The view of Sunday River mountain is amazing.. Definitely will be returning in the near future!!

Great house close to Sunday River.

This was a great place to stay for the week! My family and I had an amazing time, the house was extremely clean and there was plenty of sleeping options. Lots of hiking trails in the area as well. I would highly recommend booking! Thank you!

Great stay, awesome location! Hosts were super responsive + flexible with our check in/out times. Very spacious cabin with all the cooking equipment you need.

The cabin was great clean right access the Jacuzzi was amazing. Enough space with my whole family to enjoy definitely would love to go back again.

This place was great! Very accurate with description of property. Plenty of room for the 11 people that went. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra linens available, house was clean. Great AC system for the super hot days we were there. Plenty of board/card games to play. Kitchen fully stocked with cups, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, grill tools.

The house was perfect for a week away from the city to relax in nature with 6 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed the big backyard, the deck and the hot tub / fire pit area. Theres not a lot open in the immediate area since its largely a ski town but we did rent kayaks from Bethel Outdoor adventure and got lots of sandwiches from Savage brothers / Good food store. So its a must do! We tried to see moose by driving through grafton notch state park but werent lucky - hope youre luckier off thats what youre trying to see! If you are traveling with dogs, just be aware that the backyard is very tick-y right now and make sure your dog is on tick treatment / do tick checks with them. It wasnt a problem for us but something that we noticed.
