Description
Enjoy all four seasons of activities in the Bethel / Sunday River region while calling this dog-friendly mountainside cabin home. Outside this new england chalet you’ll find a relaxing hot tub, firepit, spacious lawn area – great for games, plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill on the large deck. Enter through the lower level to large open living space complete with mudroom/game room, family room, two sleeping spaces and two private bathrooms. Head upstairs to the main lving area with open concept kitchen, living and dining area with plenty of space for your whole group to unwind after a day in the mountains. off the main living area is two bedrooms as well as a full bathroom.

Keurig and Traditional Drip coffee maker are provided.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Everything was smooth and easy. Rental was as described, plenty of towels and extra everything. More than enough space, and was located nearby to all the hikes we wanted to do. In the off-season/in-between times, the local businesses can be a bit hit or miss, so always call ahead to double check whether they are open/if hours have changed. Had a great visit!

Beautiful property! Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay, making use of the fire pit and hot tub. Fairly well-stocked kitchen utensils and plenty of linens. We mostly stayed at the property, but its very close to Sunday River and other fun spots.

Our stay at this location was amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels & dinnerware. The pictures dont really do justice to how big the space is and the view of the stars at night is truly spectacular. We saw SO many shooting stars. Super communicative hosts & great with making sure we had everything we needed. Would 150% would recommend this stay!

Newry is fantastic in the off season with a variety of nice hiking trails and not many people. Prices in the area are definitely going up and are now about equal to NH lakefront properties.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids at this property and it was the perfect layout! Everyone had a comfortable area to sleep and play. The location is close to the mountain but quiet. The outdoor firepit + hot tub were big hits, and the home was outfitted well with everything we would need to keep it clean and organized.

House was great. Kids loved the hot tub and the space downstairs to play board games. The house is very close Sunday River skiing and Carters field is close by for those of us who wanted to XC ski or snowshoe. Matt was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Good time was had by all.

Fabulous house. Location extremely close to Sunday River. We travelled with two families and it worked out great! Lovely view of the mountain and ample space. If we go back to Sunday River next season this house is a no brainer!
