As advertised - a small place, but nice, clean and right on the slopes. Would stay there again for sure.

Great spot if location is your top priority. My family appreciated the ski-in/ski-off location, as well as the pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Beautiful house 5 minutes from mountain. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. New and immaculate. Would stay again.

Great place and close to Sunday River!

Great location at South Ridge with ski-in/out access! While the unit was tight for 6 people, the space was well laid out and comfortable.

Perfect home base for our two families with 4 young kids during ski trip to Sunday River. 10 minutes from the mountain and right on the outskirts of downtown Bethel.

As advertised, ski-in ski-out. The interior of the unit was clean and well-maintained. But clearly most of it hasnt been refreshed since 1983. If condo aesthetics are important for you, keep looking. If great location and slope accessibility are key, its a good fit.

The condo is exactly like photos. Everything was easy and so close to skiing. 2 adults and 2 kids fit great. The building isnt quiet, but that is to be expected.

Perfect for a stay on the slopes with the kids. Nothing fancy, but it offers true ski-in/ski-out and is well situated near lifts. It was clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic time. Came with my husband and adult children. Plenty of room for all of us. Sunday River was 10 minutes from the house. We skied and enjoy all aspects of the house! Thank you for being so responsive and helpful! Definitely will be back!

Great location with plenty of room.

We stayed at the Maine Ski Lodging for a February break getaway. We absolutely loved this home and will definitely book again. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and we loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. We cooked every night and found the kitchen stocked so well. Great time and this house was perfection.

We were two families getting away to ski at Sunday River for vacation week and this home was absolutely perfect! 20 minutes to the mountain and a quick 10 minute trip into downtown Bethel for restaurants and groceries when needed. The house was very well appointed and everyone had space to hang and enjoy while also being able to find a place for a little bit of quiet time as well. The rooms were exactly what we needed and everything was super comfortable! There was even an entire area dedicated to housing all our ski gear at the end of each daybrilliant. We had an amazing week of skiing and making memories with friends at this beautiful home and we would be extremely happy to come back again in the future!! Thank you Maine Ski Lodging Co. for such a wonderful home base!

Very nice accommodations that can comfortably fit 8-10 people. Perfect location with ski-in/ski-out access to Sunday River. Excellent price for what you are getting.

Great ski in/out location, could even see the Sunday river weekend fireworks from the side of the building.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. The newly renovated condo was super convenient and the complex was relatively quiet for a vacation week.
