This luxury five bedroom home has it all! Located walking distance (.2 miles) from the main base lodge at Sunday river, this mountain retreat has everything you need for a relaxing escape in the mountains of Maine. Enter through an oversized mud room with more than enough space to store your whole group's gear. Head into the lower level entertainment area with a wet bar, ping pong table and wood burning fireplace. Rounding out the lower level is a bunk room and full bathroom. Head upstairs to the heart of the home. The great room features an expansive gourmet kitchen, dining and living area with a second wood burning fireplace, where your whole group can gather after a day of adventure in the mountains of western maine. In addition to this large gathering area, the first floor offers two master suites and a half bath with laundry. The second floor offers two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Relax and enjoy the trail views in the large private hot tub. There is something for everyone in this beautiful home. To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during winter months.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

What a great place to stay for our few days at Sunday River! The house was so comfortable and clean and the location could not have been better. Everything that we needed was there and we had plenty of room for our teenage kids to spread out while also having space to spend time together as a family. We will definitely be back!

Wow!! What an amazing place to stay. 3 minute walk to the lodge. Beautiful spacious home. Key code access- very easy. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, fireplace and many other wonderful amenities this house has to offer! No need to look any further- this place is perfect for your ski trip.

We had an amazing time at the property. The house is amazing, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hot tub and fire pit were both in great shape and used every day we were there. Being able to walk right across to the lodge was such a huge blessing as well. We had a great experience.

This is the most peaceful beautiful relaxing place I have been since pandemic it's a must do. You will not want too leave and if I like to cook listen your in kitchen heaven lol. I absolutely made my way around I wanted to cook everything.

We came up to Maine for a week, and could not have been happier. The house is beautiful, and so easy to live in comfortably. Right next to Sunday River made skiing nice and easy, and easy to get back to the house quickly for meal times and a rest. Cant wait to be back!
