Very family friendly home. Well appointed kitchen. Responsive hosts. House layout is very conducive to a group. Near to Bethel and Sunday River. Good location.

This is a great, less expensive option for a couple or a small family. The ski in/out is a little more complicated than some other SR condos, but it is not too bad. The unit is a little dated but clean and functional. Maine Ski Lodging is an A+++ host in all respects.

We had a great weekend of skiing and winter fun!

Easy on both ends but a little more flexibility with a late check out would have been nice. The house was not booked for the day we were leaving so we asked if we could check out early/mid-afternoon, for a fee if necessary. I was told that noon was the latest you could accommodate without adding an extra night. Perhaps there were good reasons for this but if so, they were not communicated to me.

Great place. Maine Ski Lodging Co was extremely helpful when our first location was cancelled due to damage from the storm. They were helpful with securing us this location. It matched the description and photos accurately. There were lots of room to hang out. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. It was just a quick 5 minute drive to the mountain and less than 10 minutes to restaurants in Bethel.

Maine ski lodging team members were responsive, professional and courteous. The responded to queries quickly and were very helpful.

Lookout lodge was an amazing property. The views were incredible and the house was comfy and warm. What we thought was going to be just a place to rest between ski runs turned into a major part of the vacation experience. Board games with the family by the fire really added a homey feel and helped us to reconnect and enjoy each other! My advice on picking a property is to take the comments about each home and vehicle access seriously. When they say 4x4 required it for real!

I would return to this property for sure! The location was perfect. Ski in and out to the lift of the Chondola . The bed was heavenly!! Just needed a tad more storage space. We loved it!

Wonderful stay with family over the holidays. The house matched and was even better than the pictures. It was clean, cozy yet spacious and the fireplace was amazing. We reached out asking about firewood and immediately received a response. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

The property is right next to lifts on South Ridge. Good communications, property as advertised. Twilight skiing open certain days so we loved being able to take a break mid-day and then pop back onto the mountain after the rest of the trails closed with minimal effort.
