We are a family of 5 and stayed here for a long weekend for New Years Eve. The access to the mountain and convenience for our little skiers was great. Kids could easily pop in and off the mountain depending on their endurance. We had fun in the pool. We watched the fireworks from our windows and generally had an amazing stay. The unit is not fancy, but it was just perfect for us and the ski lockers and amenities were really helpful. We would definitely rent here again for our future Sunday River adventures if its available. We had so much fun.

Team members were great! We had an issue with my card and they assured me I wouldnt lose my reservation as we figured it out! Response to messages was timely and professional. Truly great

House was beautiful, loved the location. Despite having house above, it still felt private. Parking was great with the size of the driveway! I highly recommend this place for your group trips!

I appreciated the ease of booking with Maine Ski Lodging, but I would like to try another property. For $940 per night, I feel like I did not receive very good value for my dollar. An elevator would help- lugging ski gear and groceries to the 4th floor was tedious

Our group loved staying at Cascades A-20! It was a very nice unit in an excellent location on the mountain. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything you would want or need in a property made for ski country. Little to be desired, the house is perfect. Convenient location, quiet, and all the immunities you would need. Clean and cozy environment. Theres not much else I can say, just a wonderful spot.

The condo was spacious and well appointed for our family to spend three nights and to cozy up after skiing in the comfortable kitchen/dining/living area. We could even see the fireworks at Sunday River from the deck! Would definitely stay again.

great place to stay for a Sunday River trip. there were 4 of us, each with a separate room, so there was ample space. The fireplace worked well with plenty of logs available. Hot tub was good for 4, would be pretty cozy with more than that. plenty of food delivery around, or there is a good amount of space to cook. the only thing that could be better is I wish there was a dishwasher. would go back for another trip!

The condo is perfect location to Sunday River and local restaurants. The place fit our family perfectly. We plan to book again soon!

Me and my family of 4 (husband, 15 year old daughter and 5 year old daughter) stayed New Years weekend and it was perfect for us! Condo was clean, had everything you needed and the beds were super comfy. Perfect location on the slopes and close to all restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The process of finding the best place to meet our needs was met quite easily thanks to the staff. Questions asked were answered very quickly. Accommodations were made when I asked if it was possible to arrive a little earlier than the designated time. I knew this was a long shot but this time they were able to accommodate my request which was appreciated

Everyone very friendly and helpful

This is our 2nd year staying at Maine ski Lodging for our Christmas family vacation. Easy for everyone. The college kids can sleep late and meet us on the slopes - no conflict about when to come and go to the slopes! Easy to cook nice meals and love the smart TV so we can watch our favorites tv shows and movies after a day of skiing.

The team was responsive on our questions both before and during the trip - Stephanie gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner at Mountain Social and Matt picked up the phone when we called at 4pm on Christmas Day when we had a question about the unit.

Great for families, great location. The fireplace was an especially nice touch!
