Conveniently located just 5 minutes from world-class skiing and golf at Sunday River Resort and 5 minutes to picturesque New England village of Bethel, this sunny open concept 4-bedroom chalet is the perfect spot for your escape to Sunday River and the mountains of Maine. The private outdoor space features a recessed hot tub and a large sunny wrap-a-round deck. You'll find everything needed to cook and entertain in the modern kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living / dining area with cathedral ceilings. The living area features oversized windows allowing you to to take in the scenic views centered around a convenient and cozy gas fireplace. Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The second floor features a large private primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom in addition to a loft overlooking the greatroom. The newly renovated lower level provides an living area, with space for gear storage, as well as an additional en suite bedroom. This family friendly home offers many amenities for young children including a pack-and-play, high chair and more!
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Our family of four, with two littles, had a wonderful time. House is clean, not dusty, smelled nice. Everything we needed was there. They even brought by a new highchair asap when the other one was not working properly. Tons of games for a rainy day too. There was no number on the house, but the directions were clear and the house looks just like the photos so we were able to identify it. A lot to do in the area, outdoors activities and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place felt very comfortable the second we walked in. It was everything we had in mind and more. The hot tub was relaxing, the board games were fun and all organized, and the area was very private so we had our care-free Labor Day weekend all to ourselves no problems. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back here again. Definitely worth it!

The Will View Mountain Retreat lives up to its name as a true getaway, where you can come together with your loved ones for a few days immersed in nature. Our family had an exceptional stay, enjoying the hot tub, the roomy couch, and the fully equipped kitchen that exceeded our expectations. We found all the kitchen essentials readily available, and a pleasant surprise was the Keurig machine, not mentioned in the property description. We are certain to return to this splendid retreat and would definitely recommend it to our friends. Super satisfied with our stay.

We have been local Sunday River 'off-campus' property owners, for approximately 20 years, but sold recently. While looking for another home or lot we've had great difficulties finding hotel space or available local properties that fit our schedule. Maine Ski Lodging helped us with this property. It was perfect. Will be back, hopefully.

A great location! I recommend staying here with family and friends. There's enough space to spread out comfortably. We spent a few days skiing at Sunday River and visited the newly built bowling alley. While the house was very clean, there was a lack of cleaning supplies making it difficult to clean up the dirt/salt tracked into the house from the driveway and crumbs (broom, dust pan, Lysol wipes etc.).

This was the perfect house for our fall foliage leaf peeping trip! We had three couples & a baby, so the floor plan of the house worked out great so each family could have their own floor. The house was very clean, and the hosts were really responsive. The hot tub provided a great place to relax & enjoy the stars. We would definitely recommend this place!
