Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious master bedroom suite on the upper level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

We loved the place, the main bedroom upstairs where the bunk bed is is gorgeous. Nice balcony. Plenty of room. We felt bad for the tenant downstairs because my son was awake all night long, hope everything was ok. Decoration of the place was so nice as well. Thanks for letting us stay a little bit longer at the check out. Thanks

Good stay, lots of room for kids and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in. We had an issue with the tv freezing but got a response almost immediately after sending message and it was resolved quickly. The beds were smaller than I expected (maybe only a double) and uncomfortable but other than that everything was good.

Nice condo and very close to the mountain. I didn't realize that there would be no washer and dryer (not even a laundry room in the condo building). That's a deal breaker for me---It's really important to be able to wash balaclavas and neck gaiters during a ski trip.

The unit is cozy, bright and clean. It is well appointed for your basic necessities. We enjoyed having our meals around the table, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Also with a child in ski school it was very easy to make runs to the mountain for drop-offs and pick-ups.

This condominium is very clean and spacious as promised. A family will be very comfortable staying here. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for adults or children, and the upstairs bedroom has plenty of beds for children or adults. The close proximity to Sunday River is perfect for skiing. There is ample parking and it's easy to enter and exit. The owners are easy to communicate with. They respond to emails quickly. There is even a small porch. We had a great weekend!
