Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Communication from the rental company was good, we received check in instructions about a week ahead of time and check out instructions the day before we left.

The unit was spotless, and was overall as expected. There were lots of cooking utensils and dishes. Location was good proximity to the mountain.

The space is in a quiet condo community, extremely close to Sunday River and lots of other outdoor attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen tools for easy meal prep and both bedrooms have ACs for hot summer nights. A great value, especially in summer months.

It was a perfect location for us. We hiked each day and upon return back to the condo we could rest, change and head to dinner at Sunday River brewing, just a short ride down the street. Condo was a nice layout and we will definitely be back.

Very convenient to Sunday River Skiing. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed condo. Had everything we needed to make dinner upon return from skiing. (Pots, pans, utensils). We drove to ski..but some of us returned earlier than others so the shuttle was perfect..dropped us right at the condo parking lot.
