Located on the Sunday River Road, just under 2 miles from Sunday River Resort. Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious upper loft suite on the second level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Second floor bedroom is a loft and not fully enclosed.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

The place is just as advertised. Super close to the mountain if you are there to ski or snowboard. The kitchen is adequately stocked to accommodate making your own meals. Nice and clean!

Due to the unusual high amount of rain was had some concerns about the parking lot flooding. Communication and addressing our concerns was quick. The property is a great value for the money and you cant beat the location to the mountain. Enough space for a family of 4. We will be back! Thank you for the quick communication

We enjoyed our stay at Riverbend 52. It was a great location for hiking and kayaking, and close enough to town if we needed anything. The only negative is that the bedroom upstairs was not shown as an open loft room. Overall, Riverbend 52 was clean and had everything we needed.

Matt really helped with booking and some changes we had. Very accommodating to our changing travel plans helping to ease COVID concerns. While we did not need to worry about adding/changing the original plan it was nice know some flexibility there. Thanks Matt!

We have been doing quite a bit of travel planning and much of it resulted in canceled plans due to travel providers. Some merchants unreasonable and not accommodating, taking months to process refunds. This booking process was simple. Having the extra space to spread out really helped vs staying at the local resort.
