Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious upper loft suite on the second level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Second floor bedroom is a loft and not fully enclosed.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

We book this condo for our sons wedding. It was perfect for our family. It was only ten minutes from the venue, great location for the wedding. The condo was very clean and Maine Ski lodge let us stay past check out time, since we were getting in late. Very quite location. We would stay here again if ever in area again.

We had a great 4 day stay at this condo near Sunday River. The place was exceptionally clean on our arrival and the kitchen and rest of the home had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Very convenient for getting to the mountain by the shuttle bus or by car.

Well equipped, comfortable unit with great proximity to mountain. Check-in is a breeze and instructions provided for Wifi and check-out process are prominently posted and easy-to-follow. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of linens are provided. Second bedroom is actually a loft, which isnt clear in property description.

Nice place, clean, and very convenient to Sunday River. Great host interaction as far as I am concerned. Well equipped, spacious enough for the 4 of us, and would definitely return. The only thing worth mentioning is that the upper bedroom is really a loft, not a true bedroom. This was a bit of a surprise to us, but by no means a deal breaker.

This is the perfect location for a small family of 4 to have fun at Sunday River! The place was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the large suite upstairs with two large beds, and that the house was equipped with two full bathrooms. Our two young kids had a lot of fun staying there for a week! Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and very well represented in the description. It stayed very toasty warm which was great since it was in single digits outside at night. The couch wasnt the most comfortable to sit on, but it was ok. And the family room area was a little tight for 5, but we made it work. Steps and porch werent shoveled when we got there and had to do it myself. Overall a good place.

An excellent place for a family to stay and relax in the western mountains region. So many great places to visit and activities to do within an hour of the condo. Great neighbors with helpful suggestions for people new to the area. Many beautiful and delicious restaurants within 5 minutes. Easy day trip distance to Portland or other coastal towns. We will definitely be planning a return trip.
