Description
This charming loft is the perfect place get away to the mountains of Maine. Located next to the Bethel Inn and across from the Bethel Common, the loft is walking distance to all shops, cross country skiing, restaurants, Gould Academy, and the grocery store. The property is just 5 miles to Sunday River. Relax after a day on the slopes or on the golf course in the open kitchen, living and dining area equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The loft space is not full standing height and features two twin beds. The private bedroom is located next to the upgraded bathroom with tile shower.
Condo building has thin walls where noise travels easily to other units, some that are occupied by full-time residents. Please consider this when booking and be aware of this while occupying the unit.
Linens / ToiletriesLinens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Our little studio was an excellent and efficient space for a party of four friends on a ski weekend. The loft was spotless, had comfortable beds and a nice shower. Its a pretty fully stocked kitchen too. We liked using the toaster oven that was kept in the kitchen closet. The manager was also able to let us in early when we arrived ahead of a snow storm. I was very happy with our stay.

My family of four had a great stay at Opera House Unit 4. It was perfectly located for our ski weekend at Sunday River - and being a walkable distance to Bethel center was the icing on top (we recommend Suds Pub for a family friendly dinner!). The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Two thumbs up!

The Maine Ski Lodge was a great stay & very affordable price for a weekend event I was attending at the Bethel Inn Resort. The lodge is so close to the main entrance that I almost thought it was on the property. Would definitely stay here again, very easy checkin & accurate description.

We had a wonderful winter stay. The condo was convenient to all that we wanted to do in the Bethel area, close to both Sunday River and Mt. Abrams. Keyless check in was efficient and easy. Had a wonderful stay at the Bethel Opera House! Cozy atmosphere and perfect location close to Sunday River, the cross country/snowshoeing/fat tire biking trails at the Bethel Inn , and local restaurants/grocery stores. This was my second time staying at the Opera House, and I will certainly be coming back.

This was an awesome place to stay. My husband and I went to Bethel to Nordic ski and didnt realize that this place was right next to one of our destinations (the Bethel Inn). Although it was just the two of us, we could have easily accommodated another couple or two other adults. The loft had low ceilings, but would be a cool place for kids to sleep (although if very little I would be a little nervous with them up there). Kitchen is modern, layout of the whole place very accommodating. Nice modern shower with plenty of hot water. Highly recommended.
