The first floor has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a private half bath. The first floor also is features a spacious primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring an oversized tile shower. The second floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full sized bed. There is also a lounge / office and a full bath on the second floor. This townhouse is a great home base for your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and other area activities.
The ongoing construction of the next phase of this condominium development may lead to noise and increased vehicle activity in the vicinity of the property.
Parking
Each unit is limited to a maximum of three vehicles.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

This is a great property! Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with fireplace and large kitchen and dining area. Everything is clean and in great shape - looks new. Conveniently located between Sunday River and the town of Bethel - best of both worlds!

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long ski vacation. Its located less than 10 minutes to Sunday River resort. It had many upgrades and extras, was super clean and well stocked. There were plenty of spaces for my kids to complete school work. We are definitely looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautuful condo with a great layout. Living room with the fireplace was gorgeous with a toal wow factor when you enter. Wifi was convenient and TV with sound bar was fantastic. Huge kitchen was terrific as were the bedrooms all with very confortable beds! The property was very clean. Great location too!

The pickup of the keys was very easy, the unit was incredibly clean, bed linens and towels were excellent and the whole process was simple.

The layout and dcor of this unit is very family friendly. The kitchen is huge and open. We loved the gas fireplace, sectional and large kitchen table. Overall the unit was cleaner and nicer than many others I have stayed at.
