The first floor has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a private half bath. The first floor also is features a spacious primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring an oversized tile shower. The second floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full sized bed. There is also a lounge / office and a full bath on the second floor. This townhouse is a great home base for your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and other area activities.
The ongoing construction of the next phase of this condominium development may lead to noise and increased vehicle activity in the vicinity of the property.
Parking
Each unit is limited to a maximum of three vehicles.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

could not have picked a better spot for our stay. and the space was so comfortable and spacious. It was hard to leave. has everything we needed and all was top shelf in detail from the comfortable bedding, and classy dishware (no hodge podge dishes like we have a camp- not that there's anything wrong with that lol) that made entertaining friends that much more special. definitely will book this place every time we return to lovely Bethel, Maine

This is a high-end VRBO. Townhouse is equipped with high quality kitchen stuff, furniture, throw-blankets, etc.. Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the poor quality internet service. Tried re-booting the modem and router to no avail. It's cable service so there might be a need to update some of the hardware.

Great house for a small group. Open space with a gas fireplace. Great open kitchen with a ton of counter space. Super clean everywhere. Location is great too as the Good Food Store right next door has a great selection of local foods, international ingredients, beer and wine. And don't miss the BBQ on the weekends!

The place was so nice and my group had so much fun cooking, watching tv in the spacious kitchen and living room. We can't wait to go back. The beds were so nice, slept like a baby. We asked for a check out extension and the response was very quick. The check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. Only 1 out of 3 rooms has AC but we went on chill days so it works out fine. Thank you for having us, my group looks forward to going back.

We had 4 adults and 3 young kids for a weekend stay. We had plenty of space and the house was really clean. The townhouses are a bit off the road so it is a nice quiet space and pretty conveniently located near town.
