Convenient setup and setting.

Beautiful, clean house. Private and peaceful location. Easy check in/check out instructions. Our group had a wonderful stay.

Great location, easy access with keypad on all doors

This place was great for our group of 7 that skied Sunday River for 3 days. Five min or less drive to the mountain. Nearby restaurants & markets. The house was super clean and exactly as-advertised. We had plenty of room and were able to easily cook in the full kitchen. The chalet style layout was great for enjoying the mountains. Hot tub & outdoor grill were great too. One word of recommendation for other guests is to make sure you have 4WD if you come up during a winter storm. Overall, it's a great place & I highly recommend it.

for the price - you could not beat the location and surrounding area - gas, food , bars - etc

Great property! Had no issues whatsoever. Very close to the slopes and they were very accommodating.

We had a great stay and will return. Place is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only issue we had was that our GPS didnt take us to the right address but rather to the next street over. Obviously, we figured it out. Everything was super easy, comfortable, and perfect for our party of 3 couples.

A great place to stay!

Great location, walkable to stores and meteorite museum; perfect economical base for skiing - both downhill at Sunday River and xc in Bethel and Oxford.

The entire experience was seamless. Location at Cascades might be the easiest on the entire mountain. Will be back!

Nice apartment, great ski in ski out. Easy to communicate with them, and appreciated that they worked with us to solve some small issues when we first checked in!

Great place to stay in the Sunday River area! Super close to town and the resort which was a plus! I highly recommend staying here for a ski trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Was so convenient to ski in and out. Great amenities, fun games, and a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfast before we hit the slopes. Thanks for a great stay!

The Maine Ski and Lodging Company staff has always been very helpful and available.

We have been using Maine Ski and Lodging for five years and hope to continue doing so. Brookside I 407 has been perfect for the past three of those years.

The condo was very clean, was a great location (truly ski on/off), and the host responded immediately and very pleasantly to questions/concerns.

Maine Ski Lodging sent many reminders as our stay approached. Their info was clear and easy to understand as was the check in process, which is just digital. They left a light on in the unit for us. Unit was nicely furnished and clean.

We had a great time. The outdoor pool and hot tub were so much fun and not too crowded.

Every year Matt and team get us reserved, settled in, and they follow up with all our needs.
