Very comfortable and clean. Sufficient cooking pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of room for our group of 10.

We had such an amazing time staying here! The house was so clean and cozy! We went to Sunday River multiple times over the weekend and the trip there was quick and easy. We also had a lot of fun trying some coffee shops in town, which were also easy to get to. Loved how this place had so many bedrooms and sleeping options available for a big group! The host was very professional and responsive and even helped in returning an important item that was left behind. Would recommend this place to anyone and would be happy to stay here again for another ski trip!

Home is beautiful and well taken care of, however not the best place for little children. Overall would recommend someone else to go but we wont be back with our young children. The area is better suited for a large group of young adults due to extensive numbers of breweries and bars very close by the home.

House was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, and flatware/dishes. Beds were comfortable. Sunday River ski area was less than a 10 minute away. Hot tub was wonderful to experience after a day of skiing. We will return and rent again when we are back in the area.

We liked Brookside more than some of the other condos we've rented on the mountain.

Everything worked out excellent. Good system and place was neat and clean and loved view.

MSLC was great to work with - it was easy to rent, check in and check out. MSLC was very responsive and understanding when we had an issue with our original stay. They have good communication and are very professional.

The unit has good space and a great location on the mountain; the ski in/out was good. You have to walk across the parking lot to access the trail. It was very easy to come back for lunch. The unit was clean, large enough for my family of five and had a good lay out. There were plenty of towels and blankets, so it was well stocked. The gas fireplace was really nice. The negatives to the unit include that it is pretty outdated. It is also a fourth floor walk up. There is a pool and hot tub, but it is located in a different building so you have to walk outside to get there. Overall we had a good stay and great skiing. I liked the location, but if we were to return to Sunday River, I would look for another unit that was more updated and wasn't on the fourth floor.

The unit C-106 was quite dated. I would do more homework prior to booking a stay at the condo... thinking that perhaps there may be nicer options available.

The property was exactly as listed. When we arrived entry was simple. We found that we had everything we needed. There were extra keys to the guest ski locker which was helpful. Getting to the lifts was easy with ski in/ out access. You can even get to the Foggy Goggle by walking a short distance down the slope. I will definitely book again.

Would highly recommend for anyone trying to stay in the area for skiing, made our trip much better. Definitely would stay there again!

The Lazy Bear is a comfortable camp with homey feel. It was very clean, has a well-appointed kitchen and is plenty spacious for a family gathering. It's also close to the Sunday River resort if you're heading there for a ski or snowboarding trip. The Appalachian Trail motif is a nice touch. From pictures in the cabin, I suspect the owners hiked the Appalachian Trail at some point in their life. It would be interesting to know a little more about their trail journey. Be sure to venture north on Rt 26, through Grafton Notch, to check out Moose Cave, Mother Walker Falls, Step Falls & Screw Auger Falls. It's a beautiful area.

Great property located close to Sunday River. Well equipped and great layout. Really a perfect property. As mentioned in their description - Make sure to have a vehicle with 4WD as the driveway is steep and can be icy.

Great location near the Chondola and lodge on South Ridge. Plenty of areas for sleeping with pull down beds, although I wouldn't be too keen to sleep next to the refrigerator. Could have used a few more/nicer cookware items... we brought soup and there was no ladle.... not a big deal but expected one. The ski lockers downstairs were very handy. We had snow and it was plowed right away.

We skied Sunday River for a few days and loved the proximity to the base lodge. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had a great time.

Wonderful experience at the Bailey Retreat. Zero complaints, very accommodating, and everything worked as expected. Perfect for our group of 6 on a weekend ski trip, would return!
