We skied Sunday River for a few days and loved the proximity to the base lodge. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had a great time.

Seamless. Everyone was very pleasant and quick to respond when questions came up.

Wonderful experience at the Bailey Retreat. Zero complaints, very accommodating, and everything worked as expected. Perfect for our group of 6 on a weekend ski trip, would return!

Great place right by white cap. Had five people and it was just big enough. 6 wouldve been a squeeze but overall great.

Great location for visiting Sunday River and Bethel, beautiful and spacious cabin, spotless throughout with comfortable beds. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Place is newly renovated, very cozy, and extremely spacious. Bedspace is for 8 total but each bedroom is very large and has 2 living rooms. Easily could have several families here. Kitchen was very nice and backyard/river. Great location (15 minutes to Sunday River). Would definitely come back! Only negative was the listed address 198 N Main is not correct on gogle/apple maps (at least at time of this post, and is 2 miles away from property). Staff were quick to respond to help us find the place and I should assume they will have this fixed going forward but be wary.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Our family cannot say enough about how much character this house has, the spacious bedrooms and living rooms, and how comfy and cozy we all felt. The house was neat, clean, and had plenty of linens and towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Paula

Great place. As expected, but a little dark. Needs more lighting. All amenities there and kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils. Smart TV was nice. Condo functional, but outdated. Hey, looks aren't everything.... we'd stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful accommodations and great views. Perfect for a large group.

The location can't be beat. Having the ability to ski right out your door to the chondola is amazing! The unit itself looked just like the pictures and was clean. If you are a security/safety conscious person, know that there are no curtains on the living room windows and you are facing the parking lot, so people can see you at night. There also are not any deadbolts on the doors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The place was spotless when we arrived and the location is unbeatable! Check-in / out was very easy. We loved having access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building.

Very clean place and everything around you. Parking is a bit tough if you have more than one vehicle as you have to shuttle to the other vehicle not on property. Staying at this condo allows you to not need the vehicle as everything is walkable! Perfect for skiing as it is ski on/off right at south ridge

Lovely home in a great location, central to Bethel and Greenwood, with quick access to Mt Abram and Sunday River. A great place for a family ski weekend!

The perfect ski house

The space was cozy and perfect for our family ski trip. The host was very responsive and proactive. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Condo was a quick 5 minutes drive to Sunday River. We didnt take the free shuttle as the timing didnt work for us. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. Would highly recommend to other guests. Shirley
