Great deal. The house was nice and private with a short distance to the mountain for skiing!

Awesome spot to stay, 30 second walk to the ski trails, pool, sauna, and hot tub!

Came to stay for the weekend and did some skiing at Sunday River. Beautiful house with great view of Sunday River. Extremely close (5 min) to mountain. Very helpful that they allowed dogs as we were able to let the dogs hang out at the house while we went skiing.

This was a Christmas gift! Weekend away! Great location and close to everything on the mountain. The ski in and out was perfect. Then to go to the condo after a full day of skiing an connecting with family and friends was warm and cozy. We also saw the fireworks going off in the night! Amazing spot and we will definitely return! Thanks again! Loved the visit!

The home matched the listing very well. Very spacious. About a 14 minute ride to Sunday River Resort. Large hot tub and clear instructions of how to check in and out.

Great host and communication, perfect ski in/out location.

Excellent property. Everything clean and spotless. Chairlift seat was fun, Sonos speakers a hit indoor and out, hot tub so nice after a day on the slopes, plenty of space, fireplace was aesthetic and functional (so toasty). Definitely coming back.

Mattress on fold out couch is pretty bad, even for two non-picky kids

Efficiency! Everything about our stay was smooth. Beds were comfortable, ski storage was easy, kids loved the pool, and youre on the mountain. Cant wait to go back!

We had a great time in Cascades C15. Ski locker was a bit small for 6 people but everything else was great. Locals were friendly and welcoming.

The house was perfect for our group! It was super convenient to get to Sunday River and the surrounding town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable & clean. Loved staying in the condo.

The "contact" was basically online. However, the one phone message that I left prior to booking was responded to quickly and resolved my issue.

Have been staying off mountain for 20 yrs. Treated like family. Ownership changed and we decided to try the slopeside condos. No comparison for convenience.

Great location, nice appliances, well stocked with towels, etc., but the place is starting to showing its age. While it's not the most luxurious place, it is certainly sufficient for a ski trip.
