Regardless of the season, Porchside provides a plethora of activities for all preferences. Whether you prefer high-energy adventures or simply unwinding amidst the scenic coastal vistas, there's something here for everyone.

As for the house itself, Porchside derives its name from its expansive covered porch and spacious second-floor deck, both perfect spots for savoring the sea breeze and harbor views. The interior exudes a fresh coastal ambiance, featuring a generously sized and uncluttered layout designed to ensure a comfortable and functional vacation experience. Additionally, the ample yard provides space for outdoor games and leisure activities, complemented by several outdoor tables for al fresco dining. Parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a center island and gas range, seamlessly connecting to the dining room furnished with a large table ideal for shared meals or family games. The bright and inviting living room offers a cozy retreat, complete with comfortable seating arrangements (the fireplace is decorative only). A convenient 3/4 bathroom with a shower is located off the central hallway, while modern amenities such as a smart TV with reliable broadband WiFi and a full-sized laundry in the basement ensure convenience.

Upstairs, four charming bedrooms await, each appointed with comfortable beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower serves the second floor, with three bedrooms featuring queen beds and the fourth equipped with bunk beds. The primary bedroom, accessible via a hallway doubling as an office space, also offers access to the second-floor deck.
