Very clean, everything you need in the kitchen, hot tub and sauna are great. Even used the outside fire pit. It is about 22 mins from Sunday River the drive wasnt too bad. Would stay again

Ski in ski out was just what we wanted.

Beautiful spot off the beaten path. The house is very comfortable and has amazing views!

We were a family with 3 teenagers / young adults with two friends. We had plenty of room. Cooked dinners and played cards at the table. 5 minutes to Sunday River - it was perfect. We will certainly be back.

Great place for friends and family. Theres multi levels where everyone had their own space which was a plus! The view of the slopes was amazing and the location is perfect for skiers and snowboarders. Plenty to do around the area but unfortunately my family and friends became home-bodies and remained in the house most of the time to take advantage of the jacuzzi and fireplace as well as the TV to binge watch Love is Blind. The kitchen was used to its full potential.. giving birth to future chefs in the group. Food coma was at its max but somehow I managed to get some of them to snowboard and ski for a day! Great times at the cabin! Would highly recommend to future guests.

Great location for ski in/ski out.

The house was one of our favorite ever airbnbs! Perfect for a group of 8, but easily fitting 10, this is the perfect spot for a large group. The quality and attention to detail throughout the house were unparalleled.

Solid place for ski trip

Ive stayed at this bnb twice and it has been a great time on both occasions. Place is pretty close to town and ski mountains along with various restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a ski getaway at Sunday River. Enough space for a family of 4. Clean and plenty of towels, blankets, and everything you need in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again next ski season!

Very nice condo, perfect size for 4 guys skiing getaway.

The Spruce Cliffs house was amazing. Beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy the time you spend with your group. The kitchen and dining room were inviting to hanging out, cooking and eating all together. The living room was great to enjoy some time watching some videos and sharing good times. Having a pool table with a TV in the same room was great for additional entertainment. The hot tub was awesome to relax in after a full day of skiing. Location is great, short drive to Sunday River and the town of Bethel, while being secluded at the same time.

Loved the ski in/out the outdoor pool and hot tub we have been going to Sunday River for over 20 years and Brookside is our favourite accommodation

Extremely great serveice, questions were answered rapidly and the whole process was very enjoyable.

We really found the perfect property for our stay. We had 4 teens and they loved the double sized bunkbeds and game room and we all truly enjoyed the main living area, hot tub and proximity to Sunday River.

Team members replied right back to me.

The property is in a excellent area for going to Sunday River Ski Resort.
