Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious master bedroom suite on the upper level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

#57 is a very nice condo. It has everything you need including AC in the summer time. It was great to be close to town and Sunday River area. It felt secluded but close to everything.
