Riverbend 29 - Post and Beam Condo

It was easy access to find and get in. Its close to local restaurants and general country store. You have all the essentials for the kitchen. Love that it has a covered front area, if its raining and a back deck. Will stay again if I go back.

Had a great stay. The unit was as described and having the AC was nice as not a lot of units in the area have them.

Matt was very helpful and responded to my requests and questions immediately.

Price of the condo, location, and overall value were very good.

Its really worth it to spend days in this Bethel area, not only because of the trails and mountains but also this apartment provides a place to rest and disconnect from the routine It is excellent equipped, really comfortable and fantastic maintained

The Riverbend condo was a really lovely place. I went with my boyfriend and it was an extremely cozy place that fit the two of us just perfectly. It is also centrally located with lots of hiking trails, which is a major plus!

Excellent condo and perfect for a family of 4. We were only 3 at the time but it would have been fine if our other son had been with us. It was clean and had paper products and soap for kitchen and bath. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen supplies. Big refrigerator. Television with cable. Lots of board games. The heat works great and easy to adjust so we were never too hot or cold. The bed is very comfortable and our son said the queen pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. Very close to Sunday River. The shuttle bus stops right in front of this condo so that is very convenient. We drove each morning because we woke up early and it is such a quick drive. It was also a quiet complex. We didnt hear anything loud late at night to disturb us. We are very pleased and we plan to stay here again.

This condo at the Riverbend Condominiums is great. The condo is a short 2-3 minute drive to the mountain and everything else you could need. Easy Check-In too.
