This luxury five bedroom home has it all! Featuring an expansive kitchen, dining and living area, your whole group can gather after a day of adventure in the mountains of western maine. In addition to this large gathering area, the first floor offers two bedrooms with a full bath, and laundry area. The second floor features a master retreat off the lounge area, and the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, spa bathroom with jetted tub, fittness and media areas. Relax in the large private hot tub, enjoy a game night with the air hockey and pool tables, or watch a movie in the lower level media area, there is something for everyone in this beautiful home.
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
The Powder Ridge Mountain Retreat is located .1 miles from Skiesta. This is the perfect location for guests and extended family attending Skiesta events.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunday river. The location was beautiful and very convenient to the ski mountain. Great house for families with school aged children - we especially enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and hot tub.

It was a weekend to remember. Everyone enjoyed the house it was beautiful and even though there were 10 of us we didnt feel overcrowded in any common areas of the house. Everyones favorite part of the house was the pool table, hot tub and the view. Some of us were up early enough to see sunrise and it was just beautiful! We all agreed that we have to go back again.
