Description
This charming loft is the perfect place get away to the mountains of Maine. Located next to the Bethel Inn and across from the Bethel Common, the loft is walking distance to all shops, cross country skiing, restaurants, Gould Academy, and the grocery store. The property is just 5 miles to Sunday River. Relax after a day on the slopes or on the golf course in the open kitchen, living and dining area equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The loft space is not full standing height and features two twin beds. The private bedroom is located next to the upgraded bathroom with tile shower.
Condo building has thin walls where noise travels easily to other units, some that are occupied by full-time residents. Please consider this when booking and be aware of this while occupying the unit.
Linens / ToiletriesLinens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Awesome & perfect- walking distance to everything in town. Also in a perfect location as a launching pad to do all local excursions. Spot is sweet- shower is dope, bed comfy,living space awesome & convenient and great neighbors! We wanted to extend our stay & the host was able to quickly accommodate us. BOOK IT!

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic 3-night getaway for our anniversary. The unit was perfect for our needs. It is easy walking distance to many restaurants, the grocery store, and a bakery. The area has lots of great hiking within a short drive. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had pretty much everything we could have asked for amenity wise. To top it off, the rental company was very quick to respond to the questions we texted them. All in all a great value for a couple or small family and we would definitely return again. Thanks again :)

Listen all your gonna need to do when you get here is go grocery shopping right down the st, 3 mins away driving. Sit back and relax in this small calm little town. There were plenty of utensils pots, pans baking pans, micro wave, waffle iron and plenty more. The place was spotless and they put some local flyers and handouts for places to explore around the area. I could be more happy with our stay. 5 out of 5 thank you again.

The staff was always super fast to respond via e-mail, and helpful when I called. I most appreciated the flexibility about COVID cancellation. Due to the testing requirements (72 hrs), my family would have been unable to take a chance to stay without the flexible cancellation policy. I really appreciate that.

This is a great little condo close to downtown Bethel and Gould. We enjoyed spending alumni weekend there with our two young children. We would easily recommend this loft and rebook it ourselves.
