This well-maintained, comfortable home, is conveniently located minutes from shops and restaurants in the Bethel village and just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort. Additionally, there is access to Snowmobile trails from the property. For the summer months the house is located just a quarter mile away from the idyllic Songo Pond.
Enter this brand new home through an entry way with plenty of space to store your gear. Continue upstairs to a tastefully decorated kitchen, living room and dining area, which is a great space for entertaining your whole group. Gather around the oversized kitchen island or in the cozy living area to catch up on the days events. Off the living area you will find a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Continue upstairs to find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and soaking tub. This property is equipped with a whole house generator to provide power even with power interruptions.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
