White Cap Village offers ski-in / ski-out access and consists of two separate buildings featuring one and three bedroom units. Located trailside at Sunday River Resort on Road Runner trail, White Cap Village condominiums are located within close proximity to the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges where you’ll find a variety of activities and dining options.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

Convenient spot for ski in and ski out. Wife and I have a toddler so it made it easy to take turns on the slopes.

Great little condo on the mountain. Cant beat Ski in Ski out. The pool was closed apparently due to COVID which is odd since there are virtually no COVID restrictions left at this point.

Great location and we appreciated how well-stocked the condo was with kitchen basics. The furniture was comfy and the place was very clean. It was a nice place to got back to and rest after a day of skiing.
