On the main level, the home features an open kitchen, living, and dining area, along with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a den, mudroom and additional sleeping space in the partly finished basement.
Tenant Responsibilities:
Rent: $18,000 / season
Lodging Tax: 9% (unless used for verified employment purposes)
Damage Protection: $50
Post-Stay Cleaning: $250
Utilities: electric, oil, plowing, sanding
