Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit to Sunday River and the location of our unit was perfect. The lodgings were adequate for our party of 6. The convenience of being able to walk to multiple dining options was a major positive for us. Thank you for a wonderful get away.

All staff members were pleasant and accommodating. This includes checking in and cleaning staff.

We had a great ski vacation including in large part to the stay at the Brookside Condominiums. Everything was bright and clean. Carpets were fresh and seemed to be new. Comfortable beds.
