Description
The Viewtop Cabin is the ideal mountain retreat. This modern cabin has something for everyone in your group. Upon entry, Viewtop offers a large mudroom with ample storage for all your gear. The main level offers an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with a center island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room offers a cozy space to relax by the gas fireplace after a day exploring the western mountains of Maine. The dining room features a large table to gather around and catch up on the days events. Off the main level you will find a screened in porch and large deck, on which you can enjoy the stunning mountain views of Mt Abrams, Mt. Washington and Sunday River. Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor offers a master suite featuring a private bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The lower level has a spacious family room with game table, couches and 70 inch tv. It is stocked with tons of dvd’s, games, puzzles and books. It includes the 4th bedroom and full bath with washer and dryer. Outside you will find a 7 person hot tub, spacious lawn, horseshoe pit and outdoor firepit.
This property is perched high in the woods with panoramic views and no homes in sight. It is located directly on hiking / walking trails and is just a short drive from popular Grafton Notch for hiking, Mt. Abrams for mountain biking, and the Androscoggin River for tubing and kayaking Scenic Bethel and restaurants along with Sunday River Ski Area and hiking trails are only 10 miles away!
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property during the snow season, 4WD may be required.

This property was better than we expected... The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular! Close enough to town to be convenient, but felt secluded with no other houses in sight. Great outdoor spaces. We visited as a couple, but intend to return with the whole family!

The cabin was just as described. While my family did not get a chance to use certain things offered in the cabin such as the grill and hot tub everything that the host said would be offered was. There was more than enough space for all of the adults and our children. The house was equipped with games and other items for entertainment. My family and I had Thanksgiving out at the cabin and traveled with most of our food prepped and they even had a great variety of baking dishes and other cooking utensils readily available. We celebrated a milestone birthday during our stay as well and I forgot candles and the house was even stocked with this. Everyone had an amazing time, the cabin was cozy and stocked with everything needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was great for our getaway. We were looking for views in the mountains and it was a perfect private location to just relax in the peace and quiet. There were a few minor things around the house that could use some attention just to spruce up the place but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again or recommending it to a friend.

The Cabin was awesome and very clean. The amenities provided were just what you would hope for. We were a group of 55+ Firefighters on a small Motorcycle get away, and every one loved the place. The hot tub was great after 425 miles on a Motorcycle to get to Maine. It was also fun to just sit around the fire pit and relax for the evenings. If we come back to the area, we will defiantly stay again. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

We had a great time at the cabin last week. The location was beautiful and there was plenty to do in an hour radius. We had an issue with a broken toilet handle early in the week and they were quick to come and fix it. There are a few little maintenance things that could make this place top notch, the toilets don't like to flush every time and some of the drains were really slow but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The hot tub was clean and easy to use and such a bonus. Be sure to bring your own wood for a fire outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The layout of the house was perfect for us as an extended family. Grandparents stayed up stairs kids and mom and dad on the first floor and me the bonus adult in the basement. Everyone had a little bit of thier own space.

This place has everything anyone needs for a great vacation. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing you need to be aware of is the ticks in the area, but the house itself is super clean and beautiful.
