Riverbend 29 - Post and Beam Condo

Great job making this an easy task.

Absolutely can NOT beat the value for what you get. Location and property was amazing and I have every intention of staying again next fall when I do this trip again.

Well stocked kitchen, bath towels, easy access to skiing and many other activities. We were here mid September, great hiking and sightseeing.

Nice, spacious and well equipped, easy to get to and close to great hikes (and skiing, of course). This was a good deal, and we'd happily come back.

We rented this condo as a home base for some hiking in the area. It was quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Being the off season, we were the only ones in our whole building. The complex is close enough to everything in Bethel but off the beaten path enough to feel tucked away. This particular unit is also at the back of the complex so there is no road noise. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Maine Ski were great to deal. They helped me out immediately when I needed to add a day and were always on top of things. I would recommend them to any owner looking for a short term rental management company.

Wonderful weekend get away!

Great spot close to the mountain at a lower price than ski-in ski-out condos, with under a 5 minute drive to any of the lodges/restaurants/bars. Small and cozy and totally worth it!

All communication was done online, but was seamless

We had a great stay, overall the unit was clean & functional for 2 adults. Although the shuttle service to the mountain would have made the location more convenient if it were running, the drive to the mountain was short. Space for luggage was scant, as the closet and dresser drawers were filled with linens/towels. We found areas near the kitchen table for luggage, but think it would be tight for 4 adults to share this condo with all their ski & cold weather gear. Mud room area was great for boots but temperatures were too cold for leaving coats there.

Would like to stay again!

Perfect for a 3 day ski trip. No hassles and the condo was exactly as described. Will use them again!

Perfect location!

This is a great, centrally located condo with easy access for the price. My husband & I stayed here so we could take day trips to different locations in both ME and NH. Bar Harbor was about 3 1/2hrs away; Kennebunk Port 2 1/2; Mt. Washington/ White Mtns. 1 1/2hrs. Food options were good for the area as well. The Sunday River Brewing Co was just down the road & the town of Bethel a 5 min drive away with Duncan Donuts, a nice diner and various pizza places. Things to note: this is not at the ski resort and there is no washer or pool on site. There is an adventure park (water slide, mini golf, etc,) near Bethel for families but more ideal for a couple or small family with older kids that can entertain themselves.
