Sunny, comfortable, clean, ground-level condo located on the Sunday River Road, just under 2 miles from Sunday River Resort. Modern living with a rustic feel. This condo features an inviting post and beam construction style, electric fireplace, new furniture and beds, mudroom for gear storage, back porch with hammock and nearby charcoal grill. A quiet location overlooking fields close to amenities and local activities. This single level one bedroom unit is 620 square feet and has a private bedroom in addition to two brand new Ikea sleep sofas in the living room. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Camp Condo is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, which includes emotional support animals. No exceptions can be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
Property Amenities:
Living area: large TV, DVD player with movies, unlimited WiFi, cable, electric fireplace, tower fan, 2 Ikea corner couches which convert to double beds with foam mattress toppers.
Kitchen: stove, microwave, air popcorn popper, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee press & tea kettle.
Bedroom: king size bed, mattress topper, TV, quiet window fan.
Bathroom: full shower with tub, heated towel rack.
Outdoor: back deck with chairs, hammock and nearby charcoal grill (BBQ items provided).
Misc. beach towels, folding chairs, beach umbrella, games, solar security light automatically lights up door for security and easy access.
Linens / Toiletries: Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

This unit was very well equipped for our family of 5 and easy access/distance to Sunday River resort! the unit is a bit small but not an issue if you are planning to be out most of the day like we were. The location and ease of getting to Sunday River ski resort can't be beat! The weekend shuttle service was great and punctual, especially on Saturday's when the mountain is crowded.

Great location! Very short drive (6 minutes) to Sunday River. The place was warm, spacious, and clean. The only thing to take note of is that the shuttle to Sunday River only runs on the weekend. Again though - it's right down the road so that wasn't an issue. Great place to stay!

Short of staying on the mountain, this is an excellent spot for a weekend at Sunday River. It's not a huge place, but it's everything you need for a comfortable base to play outside. Though it is amongst other condos, the area was very quiet. There was also a shuttle directly to Sunday River that picked up once an hour just out front in the parking lot, but you can also drive to Sunday River in less than 5 minutes and the resort has shuttles from the parking lots in case you wan to bring a lot of gear up to the mountain with you. Though this is a first floor space, there are stairs you need to climb up from the parking area, but the walk was shoveled and sanded.

We enjoy staying at Riverbend. Its located near many of the places we wanted to go, hiking, swimming and kayaking. It was an easy drive for a day trip to the coast. Great local breweries and restaurants near by also.

This place is exactly what you need! Quick drive to the Sunday River and between multiple restaurants. Plenty of hiking routes, XC skiing and snowshoeing as well. Kitchen was great and bed was super comfy!!

Great cozy, clean place for a family of 4. Could be a little tight for 6 but if you're out skiiing all day that probably doesn't matter :) Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Probably the most comfortable pullout couches I have ever encountered. The shuttle from the parking lot to Sunday River is not running this year but it's a very short drive.
