This luxury five bedroom home has it all! Featuring an expansive kitchen, dining and living area, your whole group can gather after a day of adventure in the mountains of western maine. In addition to this large gathering area, the first floor offers two bedrooms with a full bath, and laundry area. The second floor features a master retreat off the lounge area, and the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, spa bathroom with jetted tub, fittness and media areas. Relax in the large private hot tub, enjoy a game night with the air hockey and pool tables, or watch a movie in the lower level media area, there is something for everyone in this beautiful home.
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
The Powder Ridge Mountain Retreat is located .1 miles from Skiesta. This is the perfect location for guests and extended family attending Skiesta events.

I felt right at home in my little room! Perfect ski in/ski out location - it doesnt get better than this. I found it to be relatively quiet during my stay with minimal interactions with other guest. You can hear TVs and doors closing, but the fan drowns it out. The fireplace is cozy at night, and the bed is comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was the PERFECT spot for our ski weekend at Sunday River. Close enough to pop by the mountain to drop the ski group off and then head back to the house to enjoy the amazing view from the hot tub in quiet. It fit our group perfectly and we would book again!

If we ever have a question we get a response , everyone is very easy to get a hold of. We had an issue Upon arrival that the hot tub was not working correctly. And the issue was a resolved immediately and Your staff even called us later to follow up to ensure everything was working properly

Beautiful home. Clean, spacious but cozy. The views from the deck were breathtaking. I would suggest window treatments for the ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. Theres no privacy at all if someone is out back, and one can see directly into the bathroom from the deck.

Beautiful, spacious cabin with extraordinary views from many rooms. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. Big living room, nice pool run and furnished basement was a plus, which served as movie/gaming area for kids in our party. Home was well apportioned with all the necessities. The downstairs rooms could use curtains, as sun rises and fills room early! Great stay.
