Mountain Vista is located in close proximity to several popular area restaurants near the base of Sunday River Resort and is a stop on the Mountain Explorer Shuttle route. This bright and sunny 2,000sqft + unit has an open-concept first floor with large kitchen / dining / living area that's setup for both relaxation and entertaining. A large private master suite, sunroom and laundry room are also featured on the first floor. The second floor boasts two large bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The attached garage is a convenient spot for gear storage and the private hot tub is a great way to relax after a day on the slopes.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided.

Keurig coffee maker is provided. Bringing K-Cups is recommended.

The house was much bigger that it looks in the picture. Very clean and also close to hiking trail and swimming areas. We made good use of the hot tub and the nice kitchen.
