Description
Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

Nothing beats the location! It was super close to South Ridge Lodge and the chondola. The balcony was a nice highlight. It was an overall small space, but perfect for a ski weekend. Would love to stay again!

This is a gem on the mountain. We came for a ski trip and it did not disappoint. The location is amazing with ski in ski out. The ski lockers were awesome and the place is cute and very clean. Great stay.

Location, location, location - you can't beat this slopeside spot for ski-in, ski-out efficiency and sheer ease of access. Set-up is ideal, with lockers for equipment in the basement, and a quick glide over to the South Ridge lodge and Chondola/quad lift. Studio is compact but well-organized, with fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, two coffee makers; pots and pans; no dishwasher) and a porch view of the Saturday night fireworks. No, this is not a 5-star luxe hotel, but it's comfortable and cozy, and provides excellent value for the money, with an indoor pool, hot tub, and spacious lounge with fireplace steps away down the hall.
