Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.
Bedroom bunkbeds are twin over full and twin over twin. Divider wall has been added to upstairs bedroom to create two separate rooms.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.
Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Great ski in, ski out location a stones throw away from the White Cap chair lift. Very cozy vibes and can easily sleep 6 people. Two rooms upstairs with a set of bunk beds in each that are surprisingly comfortable, a large section that also has a pull out her. The 50 inch flat screen TV is definitely one of the more modern touches Ive seen compared to other units. Only complaint is that theres no dishwasher and the kitchen is a bit small. Aside from that, highly recommend for your next trip to Sunday River.

The condo was a cozy spot right off of the Tempest run at Sunday River - it made it really easy to get some early fresh tracks in after a snowy night! Matt was super responsive and flexible about our check in time, which made our experience great!

Unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, was clean and in good repair.

Ginormous new TV with cable and xbox was nice. It is not a large unit, but we (5 people) settled in and were comfortable for our 4 night stay. This was a very good value and was nice to have ski-on access to the mountain without getting in our car, parking etc.
