Description
Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

We had a great time at the cascades Condo. This was our second time staying with Maine Ski Lodging and they kept their reputation for having clean, well supplied condos. We had comfy beds, ample towels and cookware, starter supplies and simple things like dish and hand soap, paper towels, salt and pepper. These little things make life easier when you arrive and just want to SKI! Location cant be beat. We parked our second car down the road in overflow parking with no problem. And got a jump start from the Maine Ski owner for our truck after a week of cold weather and interior light on drained the battery. Talk about exceeding expectations! Thanks Maine Ski Lodging. We will be back
