Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

We stayed here for a wedding in Newry. Its a great location for skiiers during the regular season- with ski in/out options. Its also about 10-15 minutes from a few great restaurants and cafes. The room itself was perfect for 2 people- very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay, wicked close to Chondola and also barker lodge... Nice to be able to ski to the lift or walk to the condo from the lodges! Small space, but comfortable for 3-4 people. Id stay again for a quick trip to Sunday River.

Very convenient location right near South Ridge. The place is pretty standard and the pictures represent it well. Definitely a good option if you want to stay right on the mountain! Be aware that the walls are very thin so you might hear your neighbors more than youd like.
