Description
Nestled in the heart of the Sunday River ski resort, Cascades Condominiums offer the perfect combination of slopeside convenience and amenities. This 72-unit ski-in/ski-out condo complex features studio and one-bedroom units, each privately owned. Guests enjoy direct access to the South Ridge base area via the beginner-friendly Broadway trail. The complex provides family-friendly activities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a spacious indoor common area with a fireplace. Nearby at the South Ridge base area, guests can explore various dining options, a food court, equipment rentals, retail shops, and ski lessons. Access to the Chondola and Sunday River Express lifts is effortless from the base area, and night skiing is available in the South Ridge area.

Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.

Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended.

As others have said its the perfect ski on location. Especially if you have a beginner skier. It has everything you need plus cable and Roku. Ski locker was great to have. Walls are thin but everything quiets down early.

I loved staying in this location. Really is ski in and ski out... super convenient for when you wanna take a mid-day lunch break you can go right from the slopes to the condo. Despite being a small room it was perfect for a small trip with minimal people. Definitely recommend this place if looking to visit sunday river.

Matt was very communicative and accommodating. We had multiple people renting condos and had some questions. Matt answered them quickly and professionally. Receiving the reminder emails, thank you email and the instructions for early check in, late check out were appreciated as well. Everything was very well organized.

Unit B-21 was very comfortable to stay in. There were plenty of linens, comfortable beds and a very warm feeling. We will be looking to stay again next year (and beyond) because the set up of the cascades is perfect! The common room is amazing, the ability to watch our teens through the window down to the pool was a huge win. The fireplace was cozy, furniture comfortable and plenty of space for our 18 people (in total) to hang out. We met some of the condo owners. They were sweet, fun and made us feel like a part of the cascades Family.
