Brookside I B-106 - Sunday River Condo

The apt is very clean and cozy. The large sectional sofa was extremely comfortable and perfect for a group of 4. It is practically close to white cap lodge. A short walk across the parking lot takes you on a little ski-able trail that takes you to bottom of white cap quad #9 and little white cap quad #11. The way back is very easy as well. It is off the roadrunner trail (right after the concrete bridge) Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped we had no difficulty cooking 2 dinners. But we mostly appreciate that coffee was already available at our arrival. Definitively made skiing experience more enjoyable. On our last day we were able to pack the car, check out before 10am, hit the slopes for the whole day, ski back to the car at 4pm, unload and drive off without having to worry about parking hassle at all.

Clean and comfortable for a weekend stay with convenient location ski in/ski out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Responsive management!

Loved this location and the cleanliness of the unit. In addition the gas fire added nice touch of quick warmth and ambiance. The bathroom was spotless as were the towels and other linens. The beds were comfortable and the fridge and kitchen were also very clean. We will rent this unit again and would recommend to any small group...(we were a group of four adults and it was perfect!)

We found the Brookside condo we rented was extremely well-appointed and clean. It was wonderful to be able to check in early so we got a full afternoon skiing that we weren't expecting. We would highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We would stay here again. Close to the pool and close to the ski trail. The fireplace was great too.

Maine Ski Lodging saved me. Had a weekend booked elsewhere, but they cancelled last second. Maine Ski responded fast and got me in super quick. All communication was easy, and they give out a handy brochure.

Condo was clean, cozy, kitchen had a ton of cookware, salt, pepper. Price was really nice too, great bang for your buck.

All the team members were very responsive and prompt. The renting experience was very fast and easy. The website was easy to use as well.

The Brookside unit was very well maintained. It was a great rental spot for the wedding we attended over the weekend.

This place was exactly what we hoped it would be. The unit is warm, cozy and clean. We have 3 kids and 2 adults in the family and we all slept well each night in firm warm beds. The gas fireplace worked perfectly and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. But that was an opportunity for the Hosting Company to demonstrate its customer service: We noted that the kitchen was missing a cheese grater and a corkscrew. The clearly displayed rental notes provided a number to text if we had any issues. I decided to try it, and received a text response a few minutes later offering that they would drop both items off tomorrow. They did! When we returned for lunch there was a new corkscrew and cheese grater awaiting us. Great Service.

Well maintained properties, and the check-in/out was extremely easy.

Brookside I B-106 is a great condo. Easy to unload/load up the car being on the first floor. Walking distance to the trails is a huge benefit of this place. Living quarters were great, and the couch and TV's were much nicer quality than other condos we have stayed in.

The place was very clean and organized when we arrived.

Great value. The location was right at the base of the mountain and for the price was worth every penny.

Excellent communication via email. My wife also called once or twice and was given the information she was seeking.

I would recommend this site without reservation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable ski-in, ski-out vacation at Sunday River.

Clean and as described. Easy access on/off the trail. First floor location makes it super easy to pull up right in front of the unit and unpack the car.

Gave a late checkout when we asked, were flexible with our car parking permit (we had to change cars at the last second), and were flexible with the check in time. Overall a responsive, friendly staff who was clearly invested in helping me have a good stay.

Amazing and hassle free communication/service. Clean and well stocked condo, reasonably priced.
