Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.

Excellent communication between check in and check out via E-mails and texts. Whoever runs your show is well organized and it shows. Excellent pictures of each room on the website, you know exactly what your getting when you book the room.

We would definitely stay in that same unit again. Pool was great, excellent condition, much warmer then the Grand Summit lodge and Jordan Resort pools. We used to stay at Brookside when it was managed by Sunday River. Back then the rooms were in desperate need of updating/modernizing. After seeing pictures of the 2A-316 room, we decided to give Brookside a try again. Glad we did!!

This is a perfect apartment for a ski weekend at Sunday River. It has ski on/ ski off accessibility to the White Cap lift. The apartment is clean and the management is easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
