Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Great location, ski in and ski out, lockers located on ground floor are convenient (and small) there were some maintenance issues with the room that were a addressed quickly by management. Pool, hot tub area was nice and clean, and busy. Walls are thin and you can hear walking in halls and other units, not a big deal, and it was always quiet after 9pm. For the price paid, worth every penny!

Great ski in-ski out . Easy access to the mountain. The unit was clean and comfortable. The guest locker was not big enough to hold 3 sets of ski's and a snowboard, that was a bit disappointing. Other than that I would highly recommend and stay again.

This condo is all about location. Being steps away from the slopes and the locker room-like setup for storage and gearing up is great. The unit itself is good. It's clean, the bunk beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is decently stocked for cooking in. However the pullout couch mattress is the typical thin uncomfortable type and there were a couple of minor maintenance issues. Also take note that the community ping pong tables are on the other side of the bunk room. With the paper thin walls every volley, cheer, and swear can be heard so not ideal if you have younger kids with bedtime before about 10:30.

Absolute perfect location. Very easy ski in ski out right to the lower level doorway. Easy 5 minute walk up to the Barker Lodge, and about a 200 yard ski ride down to the Chondola. Everyone is so friendly here, and the pool/hot tub was perfect for a day after riding. I highly recommend this stay.

I like the way the units are so clean!! There are always enough sheets & towels and the kitchens have what I need. The slopeside location is hard to beat - especially when you are only up for a weekend. Its nice not to have to deal with parking.

Great location. I went with a group of 5 friends and we had an amazing time. The ski on/ off was perfect. Nice kitchen and supplies for making your own food and avoiding the lodge prices. Nearby grocery store. Slept 5 guys comfortably.
