Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Was a great ski in/ski out condo with easy parking and a great layout. The condo property managers were very friendly and interacted nicely with us. My only complaint is that the ski storage is very small and do not fit snowboards so we had to store the boards in the car overnight. Pool and hot tub were fantastic and the common room was a great place to hang out at night to play board games.

Very clean place and everything around you. Parking is a bit tough if you have more than one vehicle as you have to shuttle to the other vehicle not on property. Staying at this condo allows you to not need the vehicle as everything is walkable! Perfect for skiing as it is ski on/off right at south ridge

The condo was very nice, clean, and the building was right next to the slope to ski down to the chondola, questions texted were answered immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It does not have a dishwasher so we were very minimalistic with the dishes we used so we didn't have to wash too many. I would have brought dishwashing gloves had I thought to. I do think the building should change the rule against wearing ski boots in the hallway rule though. It is a ski area after all... and the carpeting looks like it can handle boots. We did not use the lockers, which are on another floor. Maybe it's ok to walk out from the lockers. We just didn't want to hang out in a hallway locker area potentially with others during covid... So we put them on and off by the car, and kept our skis in the car too.

Had a great stay at Sunday River. This condo is very nice, with comfy beds and a great location. Were also happy to report that the pool and hot tub were open in Nov 2021! Ski in and out normally. Not enough snow this year during Thanksgiving. But we just hiked up to Barker.
