Description
Similar to its sister complex, Cascades, Sunrise Condominiums are ideally situated in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River. Featuring 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, this complex accommodates various group sizes. As each unit is individually owned, there are minor variations in setup and amenities. With its close proximity to the South Peak area, the condo offers easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can hop on the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts to explore all that the resort has to offer. After a day of adventure, return to the condo and indulge in amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The convenient location is also perfect for night skiing and riding enthusiasts.
Linens
Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.
Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and startup supply of voffee is provided. Bringing additional coffee/K-Cups is recommended.

Weve stayed at four condos in Cascades and Sunrise, and this one (Sunrise C-131) is the nicest. We actually returned to this unit this year after loving it last year. It feels clean and is wonderfully decorated. The location is perfect for ski in/ski out, and the pool is a huge draw for our family. Thanks for another great ski vacation! Well see you next year!

The listing and images provided accurately describe the condo. It was very comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. The balcony was a big bonus during the milder, sunny weather, and the view was great. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would certainly rent it again next season.

The check in and check out process is seamless. We were able to find a ski in ski out condo easily without booking a year in advance. We had an issue where my son's helmet fell up and over into another tenants locker and they were able to retrieve it and return it to us without missing any time on the slopes. Great customer service.
