Came up for the Forrest Rally around the Sunday River area, place was exactly what my group needed. Close to where we needed to be and comfortable for a group.

We loved having the whole property to ourselves. Hot tub was great foosball was fun the property just neede a little attention. This was the 1st time we rented from a company and not an individual.

Team members were very responsive. The man who came to service the hot tub and pool during our stay as well as the alarm company gentleman were both very kind.

Reservations and check in/out was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is modern and had everything we needed to make it our home base as we explored the area for a few days.

We enjoy staying at Riverbend. Its located near many of the places we wanted to go, hiking, swimming and kayaking. It was an easy drive for a day trip to the coast. Great local breweries and restaurants near by also.

A wonderful house for multiple families! The kids and adults had a ton to do with a stocked game room, hot tub, corn hole game, and pool! Everyone was comfortable and had seating, towels, kitchen items, TVs, throughout the whole house. AC kept us cool even during a heat wave. The view was unbeatable from the house and the pool! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a group of 8. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Visited Puzzle Mountain Bakery and Step Falls during our stay. Would love to go back!

Both times I have stayed at a Maine Ski Lodging Co place, I have had excellent customer service. Last year I totally messed up my reservation. The person on the phone was understanding and gave me a full refund. This year the glitch was electronic (a dead battery on the entry keypad). Someone answered the phone immediately and solved the problem. Impressive customer service.

Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice electronics. This house is heavy on convenience and comfort. A great place for a group of people for an informal getaway. I imagine it works perfectly for skiers. We used it as a central location for a mini summer family reunion and it fit the bill perfectly. Close to Bethel restaurants and amenities, but the kitchen made it easy to put together meals and snacks. For our needs it was perfect.

Great location, very comfortable. I was a bit worried about the lack of ac but the bedroom was really nice and cool as it is downstairs. Bed was really comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Great communication from the owners, easy in and out.
