The house is beautiful and had everything we need. It was the nicest place we had stayed at around Sunday river.

Great house for skiing with friends at Sunday River or hanging around the Bethel area. This house was very clean and slept 10 people comfortably. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub while we werent at the mountain. The only thing Id say is the grill is on its last leg so that should be replaced at some point. It fired up but was super dirty and wouldnt get hot, so cooking food on it took a while and had to be finished on the stove top. However, it was super minor and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property as a great option for vacationing.

Very nice home with photos accurately representing the amenities. Everything worked properly and the management team was very responsive. The only downside is the home is close to Sunday River as the crow flies but the drive is double the distance due to the River. Not the homes fault but something to factor in if you plan to ski.

We usually stay at the Jordan Hotel but loved our experience staying off mountain at the River Shack and it was 1/2 the price! We will be booking this spot every year moving forward!

We've stayed at several vacation properties managed by larger companies over the years. When we had a small maintenance issue that prevented us from taking a shower at the property this weekend, I was about ready to call it quits and only stay at hotels going forward. However, Maine Ski Lodging Co handled the situation quickly and professionally and made our family want to come back to stay at the same or different property managed by this team. Ron came out to fix the issue, did so within an hour, and was friendly and helpful by sharing recommendations for local activities. Though we may continue to hesitate to book rental properties via some of the large web services we all know are out there, we will definitely rent via Maine Ski Lodging Co again.

Great place for a family of 5. Conveniently located, comfortable accomodations and has everything you need for a fun weekend.

Excellent location for an extended family ski trip. The base of the mountain was a quick ride. The view of the entire mountain landscape was spectacular. The house is well appointed and clean. Plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. We would certainly stay here again.

Great ski cabin option for Sunday River.

East Wood Cabin was just what we were looking for as a place for 2 couples plus 2 dogs for the week. It isn't an elegant house, but it is more than just a "cabin". Nice location: convenient to Bethel, Sunday River, Mt Abrams, Carters x-country ski center, and more.

Great ski-in and ski-out. Nice quiet place. Lots of towel racks and coat hooks. The maintenance crew was responsive. We had a burnt out light bulb in the foyer and they came the same day. Comfortable bed and lots of places to unpack your stuff both in the bedroom and the kitchen.

Great spot for ski in & out. Decent size, a little tight for 6 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very easy check in. Would definitely book again!

Awesome stay. Great space for a couple or small group looking to shred at Sunday River. Location relative to the mountain and local breweries / eateries made this a great stay!

We arrived early and were able to check-in earlier than expected, it was a fantastic surprise and very much appreciated.

The unit was great, fantastic location, and the hot tub was an added bonus.
